Now looking back the manual wasn’t well put together, its put in together in a rather disjointed fashion and not in the way that I am used to with other amateur gear. So instead of reading the manual I plunged straight in and downloaded the following software from http://www.va3xpr.net/programming-software-firmware/ I then checked to see there where no more updated versions of the software, which in fact the contact manager has a newer version so I installed that also. In the end I ended up watching a load of Youtube video’s to get the hang of how the whole thing works, but after getting it set up and running with the DV4Mini, and over 25QSO’s I’ve had no complaints of the audio, via DMR, but have had no contacts via Analog yet. More as it happens
