Delta Loop

A delta loop is an interesting antenna, as it defies most of the basic rules for other antenna’s a Delta loop is usually a complete wavelength (λ) in length. The Delta loop can be almost any shape from a Diamond to square or even a circle, it can be fed from anywhere, although feeding it from different places will change the feedpoint impedance which can be anything from 50<240 Ω’s and usually produces a gain of around 1 to 1.35dB.

A good rule of thumb for this is keep all your sides of a similar length that way you will eliminate some of the uglier SWR issues.
